Increasing the capacity, quality and attractiveness of public passenger transport in the municipality of Arad by upgrading the transport infrastructure (line and contact network) that spans two sectors: (1) from Piata Podgoria to Pasaj Micălaca area and (2) from Pasaj Micălaca to Micălaca area III (including loop) and the arrangement of 9 tram stops related to the target area.
