The overall objective of the project is to improve the efficiency of public passenger transport, its frequency and journey times, the transfer to it from private motorized transport, as well as the transfer to non-motorized modes of transport by achieving an integrated urban management and modelling system at the level of Suceava Municipality, deterred from fluidization of traffic and improvement of quality of life within 31 months from the signing of the financing contract.
