The overall objective of the project is to stimulate research-development-innovation activities in two areas of smart specialization: "Energy and Environment" and "Eco-nano advanced technologies and materials", of maximum importance for national development, for increasing the competitiveness of the Romanian economy, by creating a major infrastructure of national and European relevance able to support research-development-innovation of a large scale oriented to the current needs of the market. The project proposes the creation of a complex infrastructure - Advanced Research Center in the field of Propulsion Systems (CCASP) to bring together all the components necessary for research, from the fundamental to homologation and microproduction, from a research center - design, virtual research and simulations, to the practical realization of vital components, their control and in-depth investigations, as well as special test-experimentation stands of fine equipment
