The overall objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness and productivity of WE AS WEB SRL in the field of manufacturing corrugated paper and cardboard and paper and cardboard packaging, by creating a new production unit, with a focus on creating quality, sustainable jobs, employing people directly affected by the transition or belonging to vulnerable groups (workers in the informal economy, young people, women, representatives of ethnic minorities, people with disabilities) and improving employment. Establishing the general objective of the project was done in close correlation with the objective of the TJP, which consists in supporting an environmentally sustainable economic diversification, especially of the small and medium productive entrepreneurial sector, including female entrepreneurship, in order to increase the competitiveness and capacity of the affected local economies to generate sustainable, secure and wage-earning jobs.
