The overall objective of the project is to improve the social infrastructure by equipping the Moreni Municipal Hospital Outpatient in order to increase access to outpatient primary care services. The aim of the project is to contribute to the efficiency of the health system in Moreni Municipality, by reducing avoidable admissions within Moreni Municipal Hospital, as well as to the accessibility of the offer of assistance services within the Outpatient.
