Modernization of the integrated urban mobility corridor represented by str. May 1st (section May 1st 182 - intersection Str. Ion Pop Reteganu), Str. Ion Pop Rateganu - Pod Someș - Str. Freedom - Str. Bistrita up to the administrative territorial limit of the municipality of Dej, including access to Autobase TRANSURB Dej and modernization Autobase TRANSURB SA

The overall objective of the project is to reduce GHG emissions by making investments to ensure an efficient public passenger transport service and improving the conditions for the use of non-motorised modes of transport, with the aim of reducing the number of journeys by private transport (cars) and reducing CO2 equivalent emissions from transport. By modernising the streets and providing cycle paths, traffic will benefit from superior traffic conditions, which will translate into a number of social and economic advantages, such as: Improving the road infrastructure used primarily by the local public transport service, in order to increase the speed of travel by public transport and achieve greater comfort for road users; - enhancing pedestrian safety - reducing traffic bottlenecks and shortening journey times; - significant reduction of pollution m
