The overall objective of the project is to reduce GHG emissions by making investments to ensure an efficient public passenger transport service and improving the conditions for the use of non-motorised modes of transport, with the aim of reducing the number of journeys by private transport (cars) and reducing CO2 equivalent emissions from transport.
