The overall objective of the project is to reduce GHG emissions by making investments to ensure an efficient public passenger transport service and improving the conditions for the use of non-motorised modes of transport, with the aim of reducing the number of journeys by private transport (cars) and reducing CO2 equivalent emissions from transport. Thus, the city of Dej aims to develop urban mobility by changing the focus from a mobility based on the use of cars to a mobility based on walking, the use of bicycle as a means of travel, the use of high quality and efficient public transport, reducing the use of cars in parallel with the use of clean car categories. The general objective of the project is closely related to the specific objective ‘Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, priority axis 3: "Supporting the transition to a low-emission economy
