Increasing the quality of life in the Municipality of Carei by improving the housing space for people belonging to vulnerable groups by more than 35% and improving the safety of citizens by 10% of Carei's immunity. The project aims to improve the quality of life of the population of Carei municipality by addressing two complementary solutions to problems identified by Local Strategies. The first problem is social and refers to housing conditions for vulnerable groups in the municipality of Carei, namely the housing fund that can be made available to people from vulnerable groups far from covering real demand and needs. The second problem, closely related to the first, concerns the safety of the citizen. Identified as the risk area, the southern area of Carei municipality requires interventions to ensure the improvement of safety in terms of reducing risk factors.
