The overall objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency in a building of the Psychiatric Hospital "St. Nicolae’ Roman, following the implementation of the energy efficiency measures provided for in the project, within 5 years of the completion of the investment. Increasing energy efficiency translates into reducing energy consumption, as stated in the specific objectives. Achieving all specific objectives ensures that the overall objective of the project is achieved.
