The general objective of the project/the purpose of the project is to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of Sîngeorz-Băi, out of which 5251 people belong to the disadvantaged categories and 275 people are disabled, through the modernization/rehabilitation of a cultural infrastructure, the construction of a recreational infrastructure for youth, the rehabilitation/modernization of 15 public roads and the construction of a pedestrian walkway. This project contributes through the activities and objectives set to achieve Specific Objective 13.1 of Investment Priority 9b, respectively to improve the quality of life of the population in small and medium-sized cities in Romania. Through the four proposed investment objectives, it will be ensured both the stimulation of the inhabitants' involvement in cultural-recreative activities, but also the road infrastructure conducive to the physical, economic and social revitalization of the community.
