The project aims to strengthen the transition to a green and sustainable economy by developing a modern recreational infrastructure, integrated into the mountainous landscape of the Jiu Valley. The investment aims at both the construction of a bobsleigh track on rails, usable all year round, and the equipping of the Sf. Gheorghe slope in the Straja-Lupeni massif with a snow cannon system that will allow the extension of the ski season and ensure the practice of winter sports in appropriate conditions.
