The overall objective of the project is to create a tourist unit, hotel type and related spaces, with the height regime S+Gf+4F+R, which will provide accommodation services with specific outdoor arrangements, access ways, outdoor recreation areas, relaxation and spa activities and dining exclusively for clients staying in the hotel, contributing to the development of the company QUASAR INDUSTRIES SRL, the sustainable growth of the locality, and the creation of new sustainable and well-paid jobs. The objective of the project is closely related to the objective of the Just Transition Programme under priorities 1-6 of the 2021-2027 JTP, namely to mitigate the socio-economic impact of the transition to climate neutrality in Hunedoara County.
