Stimulating the mobility of people and goods in the Centre region by connecting the road infrastructure of county interest in Sibiu County to the TEN-T network. Connecting the regional infrastructures, respectively the county roads that will be modernized and rehabilitated, with the major TEN-T transport corridors will increase the accessibility of local communities, especially rural ones, stimulating economic growth by developing business opportunities in the mentioned area and increasing the employment rate available in these areas by facilitating commuting to urban agglomerations that offer increased opportunities.
