The overall objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness and productivity of MOBILITY DEV CENTER SRL in the field of manufacturing metallic constructions and parts of metallic structures, by creating a new production unit, with a focus on creating quality, sustainable jobs, employing people directly affected by the transition or belonging to vulnerable groups (workers in the informal economy, young people, women, representatives of ethnic minorities, people with disabilities) and improving employment. Establishing the general objective of the project was done in close correlation with the objective of the TJP, which consists in supporting an environmentally sustainable economic diversification, especially of the small and medium productive entrepreneurship sector, including female entrepreneurship, in order to increase the competitiveness and capacity of the affected local economies to generate sustainable, secure and high-level jobs.
