The overall objective of the project is composed of the construction of a block of social housing and the arrangement of a pedestrian area, intended for recreational activities aimed at improving the quality of life of the population in the city of Rovinari. The construction of a housing block and the arrangement of a central pedestrian area represent a major opportunity for the sustainable modernization of the existing built-up fund, which will bring major benefits to the inhabitants of the city of Rovinari. The overall objective of the project supports Priority Axis 13: Improving the quality of life of the population in small and medium-sized towns in Romania, and the activities proposed by this project are: 1. Building block - social housing block GF + 4E with 2 stairs of block with independent access - social housing block - 20 apartments with 2 rooms - usable area apartment 66,00 sqm - built area block 318.16 sqm - PVC joinery on the whole glazed side - thickness of exterior walls 30 cm + stone wool 10 cm
