GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Developing digital skills for 602 employees from Neamt and Iasi counties, in order to facilitate the increase of the digital potential of the employees and their adaptation to the requirements of the labor market, through professional training programs in the field of digital skills, information and communication technology, correlated with the current and future needs of the digital economy. The project aims to significantly contribute to increasing the quality of the workforce in the counties of Neamt and Iasi, in the context of increasing digitization and new skills requirements, correlated with the needs of the digital economy, through the initial assessment of digital skills and training of 602 people aged 18-64 inclusive, who hold the quality of employees with individual employment contract (full-time or part-time), of which 20 people occupying management positions, coming from public and private enterprises in the counties of Neamt.
