The overall objective of the project is to improve access to medical services and increase the quality of medical services, by equipping the genetics and pathological anatomy laboratories of the Cluj County Emergency Clinical Hospital with the equipment that supports the personalized treatment according to the identified tumor profile. Within the Management Plan of SCJUCJ was identified and approached the still insufficient endowment of the Hospital with high-performance equipment, indispensable for ensuring the safety of the services offered. The project is revealing for the Specific Objective Specific Objective RSO4.5 of the Health Programme - Ensuring equal access to health care and ensuring the resilience of health systems, including with regard to primary care, as well as promoting the transition from institutional care to family or community-based care (ERDF), through the purchase of medical equipment necessary for the proper conduct of the activity.
