The overall objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the district heating system in Râmnicu Valcea by reducing network losses and increasing the quality of the public heat supply service at affordable tariffs for the population, as a result of increasing the competitiveness of the entire urban district heating system and ensuring the long-term viability of this system. Through the implementation of the project, investments will be made to rehabilitate the primary transmission and secondary distribution networks. .
