Equipping with medical equipment specific to the pathological anatomy necessary for the diagnosis of cancer within the County Emergency Clinical Hospital Brasov

The overall objective of the project is to increase the effectiveness of medical services provided to the population of Brasov County in the diagnosis of oncological diseases by equipping them with performant medical equipment specific to pathological anatomy within the County Emergency Clinical Hospital Brasov. By diagnosing oncological patients faster, it increases their life expectancy and ensures equal opportunities for all people to access quality medical services, starting with getting a more accurate and faster cancer diagnosis. By providing a quick diagnosis, it minimizes the situations in which patients delay the initiation of treatment. Accurate diagnosis of cancer leads to reduced situations where the disease progresses to more advanced stages of cancer, which require more aggressive treatments and with lower chances in terms of life expectancy.
