Overall objective of the project: Increasing the effectiveness and resilience of the Sibiu Clinical Pediatric Hospital. The general objective responds to policy objective 4: A more social and inclusive Europe by implementing the European Pillar of Social Rights as well as the Specific Objective: RSO4.5. Ensure equal access to healthcare and ensure the resilience of health systems, including with regard to primary care, and promote the transition from institutional to family- or community-based (ERDF) care. The project proposes the establishment and endowment of the Department of Microbiology within the Clinical Hospital of Pediatrics Sibiu, which will contribute to a large extent to achieving the overall objective of the project by increasing the number and accuracy of investigations and reducing diagnostic time.
