‘Tapping into the benefits of digitalisation for the benefit of citizens, companies, research organisations and public authorities’, code RSO1.2 - ERDF - RSO1.2, which is the general objective of the project entitled ‘Digitalisation of social assistance processes in Dolj County’, which the Dolj Directorate-General for Social Assistance and Child Protection wishes to finance through the funding call, is in line with the specific objective 1.2 of the Regional Programme South-West Oltenia 2021-2027 and aims at digital transformation of local/county public administrations. The project envisages 5 specific objectives that come to address in parallel the shortcomings identified in the country report for the South-West Oltenia Region, shortcomings that concern citizens and the business environment on the one hand and the systemic gaps in digitalisation that characterize the institutional spectrum at local level on the other hand.
