The general objective of the project is to facilitate access to a job or job retention for 305 unskilled / low-skilled people aged between 18 and 64 in Botosani County by strengthening the participants' capacity to adapt to changes in the labour market, facilitating transitions between jobs or professional fields, as well as increasing occupational mobility through basic packages (career guidance and professional counseling services, as well as competent assessment / certification or professional training programs).
