The overall objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the buildings where the Emergency County Clinical Hospital “St. Apostle Andrew’. The planned results and proposed activities will lead to the achievement of the specific objective of Priority Axis 3, Investment Priority 3.1 - Supporting energy efficiency, smart energy management and the use of energy from renewable sources in public infrastructures, including public buildings and the housing sector, Operation B - Public Buildings under the 2014-2020 ROP, and Policy Objective 2 - A greener, low-carbon and resilient Europe moving to a zero-carbon economy, by promoting clean and fair energy transition, green and blue investment, the circular economy, climate change mitigation and adaptation, risk prevention and management, and mobility.
