The overall objective of the project is to decrease CO2 equivalent emissions and decrease the annual primary energy consumption of public buildings by supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy and supporting energy efficiency and smart management of the use of renewable energy in public infrastructures. This project aims at a more sustainable and innovative local development of the Delta region. Measures to improve energy efficiency in public buildings, including the reduction of fuel consumption with a view to applying measures to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Sectoral objectives: • Increasing energy efficiency in the study area in terms of economics, residential and public buildings and provision of public services • Increasing the use of renewable energy sources in the study area • Improving local expertise, availability of information and awareness
