The overall objective of the project is - investments in the public infrastructure of the public health unit of county interest that diagnoses and treats cancer - Bistrita County Emergency Clinical Hospital, by purchasing new state-of-the-art equipment with innovative technologies and solutions in the field. This project aims to improve the health status of the population and achieve a modern and efficient health system, compatible with the health systems in the European Union, permanently put at the service of the citizen, ensuring optimal conditions for carrying out a quality medical act, both preventive and diagnostic and treatment, patient orientation, by identifying his needs and expectations.
