GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Increasing the employment rate of young people, including NEETs and Roma, in Neamt and Botosani counties, by implementing integrated and personalized active measures that facilitate their equal access to the labour market and support the development of professional skills needed to meet employers' requirements. The project also aims to promote social inclusion, sustainable employment and reduce long-term unemployment among young people in Neamt and Botosani counties, thus contributing to social and economic cohesion. In order to achieve the established objective, the project proposes a set of integrated and personalized active measures, as follows: providing specialized services to stimulate the employment (professional information and counseling, labor mediation, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 76/2002) of 278 young people aged between 16-30 years old
