This project is part of the series of initiatives of UAT Focsani Municipality, to improve the quality of urban life by applying measures to increase energy efficiency in both residential and public buildings, thus ensuring the implementation of the Energy Efficiency Improvement Program related to Focsani Municipality, Vrancea County. The overall objective of this project is to increase the energy performance of the Balada Cinema building in Focsani, by applying measures to increase energy efficiency in order to reduce primary energy consumption and CO2 emissions, while ensuring the improvement of the comfort, health and safety of the inhabitants and staff of this educational institution – direct beneficiaries of the investment.
