Combating child poverty and reducing the risk of family separation, during 36 months, through evaluation, case management and provision of social services, implementing an integrated set of support measures for 270 children under 18 years of age in a vulnerable situation at the level of the NAPOCA POROLISSUM LAG territory and improving the situation at the exit from the operation for 238 children in the target group of the project. “The project objectives are aligned with the PoIDS priority of reducing disparities between children at risk of poverty and social exclusion and other children.
