The overall objective of the project is to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions at the level of public buildings in the patrimony of the Territorial Administrative Unit Medgidia Municipality, Constanta County. Through the project, the applicant aims to make the buildings of Secondary School No. 3 in Medgidia, str. Theodor Aman, no. 44, lot 1, Constanta County, where the public educational institution "Spiru Haret Secondary School" carries out its activity. Educational activities are carried out within the building, its occupancy regime being semi-permanent. The school consists of 3 buildings (sections): C1 Corps - previously built in 1967, C2 Corps - built in 1971, C3 Corps - built in 1970, during the communist period, without complying with minimum standards regarding energy efficiency and rational consumption of resources.
