The overall objective of the project is to increase the quality of life in the community of Năvodari by increasing the accessibility of goods and people and connecting them more closely through a sustainable, inclusive, safe and environmentally friendly transport system. Public transport will become the second preferred way for citizens to travel. As a result of the integrated investments, a quality, modern, sustainable and environmentally friendly public service will be provided, which will support the accessibility and mobility of the inhabitants between the areas of the city of Năvodari, including the peripheral areas that are detached from the urban center, to the workplaces and residential districts, to the central area, where most public interest institutions (administration, education, health) and green and recreational areas are grouped. Motorized transport will decrease in weight, due to the following reasoning: on the one hand providing alternative infrastructure (pedestrian and transport)
