The overall objective of the project is the completion and modernization of the Năvodari House of Culture together with the Expansion and Modernization of the Central Park, in order to improve the quality of life of the city's population in general and of vulnerable groups of people in the locality, in particular (especially young people under 18, elderly people, unemployed people, people with low level of education, people with disabilities, people at risk of social exclusion) by creating and equipping a space for carrying out cultural and recreational activities that contribute to the involvement of the inhabitants in such activities, satisfy the need for recreation and recreation of the population, and improve the appearance of the urban public space. The project aims at urban regeneration of a central area in Năvodari, which is in an intense state of degradation, by achieving 2 benchmarks for the inhabitants of Năvodari, namely: * 1 House of Culture, which will consecrate
