The aim of the project is to extend, rehabilitate, modernise and equip ‘Tudor Arghezi’ Năvodari Gymnasium No 3, Constanţa County, in order to improve the quality and attractiveness of teaching at primary and secondary level, reduce school drop-out and early school leaving and improve the completion rate of compulsory education. The refurbishment, extension and modernisation of the building in which ‘Tudor Arghezi’ Năvodari Secondary School No 3 operates is essential to ensure quality, attractive, modern, accessible education, given that, within the educational institution, out of the 633 pupils enrolled, 15 children are with special educational needs and 12 children come from families with low socio-economic levels, and therefore have a high risk of dropping out of school.
