Developing and maintaining a well-functioning and efficient IT system for managing the non-repayable financial assistance of the European Union’s cohesion policy for 2021-2027. The general objective of the project was established in view of MIPE’s responsibility to ensure, under the best conditions, the development, development and operation of the MySMIS2021/SMIS2021+ IT system for the 2021-2027 financial year, in accordance with Article 3 of Government Emergency Order No 172/2022 on the development of the MySMIS2021/SMIS2021+ IT system and of the MySMIS2021 and SMIS2021 IT applications for the management of European funds for the 2021-2027 programming period and for supplementing Law No 153/2017 on the remuneration of staff paid from public funds. The system ensures, on the one hand, the exchange of data between beneficiaries and authorities at all stages of a project’s lifecycle and, on the other hand, the registration and
