The overall objective of the project is to develop public transport in Curtea de Arges and reduce GHG emissions by improving travel conditions, increasing the mobility of citizens by modernizing the local public transport system, respectively by increasing the safety and comfort of road users. The overall objective of the project supports Priority Axis 3: Supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy, Investment Priority 4e ‘Promoting low-carbon strategies for all types of territories, in particular urban areas, including the promotion of sustainable multimodal urban mobility and mitigation-relevant adaptation measures’ .
