The overall objective of the project is to promote lifelong learning, in particular flexible opportunities for upskilling and reskilling for all, taking into account digital skills, through better anticipation of change and requirements of new skills based on labour market needs, as well as by facilitating professional transitions and promoting professional mobility, by providing integrated measures for initial assessment of digital skills at entry into operation and by organizing continuous training programs in the field of digital skills for 602 employees from public and private companies in the BBI sector during the project implementation period.Thus, the project will support and assist 602 employees with full-time or part-time work contract from private and/or public companies in the BBI sector to develop and strengthen their digital skills through participation in assessment services.
