Integrated Urban Regeneration Project North - Stage II (Park development in Săbiești village)

The overall objective of the project is the physical, economic and social revitalization of marginalized communities in Racari city, Dambovita County. In order to delineate some problematic areas within the city, UAT Racari together with a service provider conducted an analysis of the main criteria underlying the declaration of a community as a marginalized/disadvantaged area. Thus, questionnaires were applied to a total of 489 people from certain areas in the localities of Mavrodin, Colacu, Sabiesti, Ghimpați, Stanesti, Balanesti, in order to identify areas with deficiencies in terms of human resources, employment or housing. The results of the questionnaires are as follows: Mavrodin: - 43 households of which in 10 of them there is a space under 15.33 sqm / each tenant and in 33 there is over 15.33 sqm / tenant. - of these households, 9 have bathroom inside, 37 are brick / concrete, 5 are adobe / straw, 6 are damaged, none has water
