The overall objective (OG) of the project is to increase the level of digital skills of 616 employees of companies in the metal construction and metal products industry, excluding machines, machinery and installations (CAEN 25) in ALBA County within a period of 36 months, with the aim of transitioning to green jobs in the context of the digital era to which the global labour market is heading. OG CORRELATION WITH THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAMME: ESO4.7.
