The overall objective of the project is to increase digital skills among 601 employees in the insurance field, residing in the developed region of Bucharest-Ilfov, in order to improve professional performance, adapt to the requirements of the digital labor market and support the lifelong learning process. The overall objective of the project is in line with the specific objective of the OPE: ESO4.7. "Promote lifelong learning, in particular flexible upskilling and reskilling opportunities for all, taking into account entrepreneurial and digital skills, through better anticipation of change and new skills requirements based on labour market needs, as well as facilitating career transitions and promoting occupational mobility (ESF+)". The project is in line with several European and national objectives, digitization being a priority within the development targets. Buso
