Expanding and streamlining the 112 emergency service for citizens

Overall objective of the project: Improving the quality of the 112 Emergency Service provided to citizens and the institutional mechanism dedicated to intervention at the events signalled by them by increasing the accessibility and expanding the capacities of SNUAU, interoperability and integrated management capacities for the management of events with an impact in terms of health, property, environment, respectively in terms of public order and security, as well as special and crisis situations in the field of public order and security. The implementation of the project will allow increasing the accessibility of the 112 Emergency Service offered to citizens, including for end-users with disabilities, as well as improving the institutional mechanism dedicated to intervention at the events signaled by them by digitizing services such as the information and alerting service for authorities in special and crisis situations, respectively by expanding the capacities and optimal
