The overall objective of the project is to create a day care center for elderly people in the city of Fieni. It will be achieved by consolidating, modernizing, and equipping a degraded and unused public infrastructure, ensuring the reclassification of functionality as a day center for elderly people aiming to serve a minimum of 70 beneficiaries over 65 years old.
