The general objective of the project is to facilitate access to a job or job retention for 320 unskilled / low-skilled people aged between 18 and 64 in Botosani County by strengthening the capacity of participants to adapt to changes in the labor market, facilitating transitions between jobs or professional fields, as well as increasing occupational mobility through basic packages (career guidance and professional counseling services, as well as competent assessment / certification or professional training programs).
