The overall objective of the project is to improve the digital skills of employees with CIM in the Bucharest-Ilfov region, thus contributing to increasing their competitiveness and adaptability on the labor market. The project aims at training 610 people, providing them with the necessary skills to face the challenges of the digital economy and facilitate professional transitions in various economic sectors. Following the needs analysis carried out, it was found that the Bucharest-Ilfov region is a major economic and technological pole, where digitization is essential to maintain competitiveness. 74.51% of companies frequently use office applications, but there are gaps in the optimal use of these technologies and other essential digital tools.
