The overall objective of our project is to increase the energy efficiency of Secondary School No 2 Hunedoara – Corp B, by applying measures that increase energy performance and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, while ensuring the improvement of the comfort, health and safety of pupils and school staff – direct beneficiaries of the investment. This project is part of the series of initiatives of Hunedoara Municipality to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants by transforming Hunedoara into an environmentally friendly locality, a green city for people, thus ensuring the implementation of the Integrated Urban Development Strategy of Hunedoara Municipality for the period 2021-2030. Environmental quality and the transition to a zero-carbon economy contribute directly to increasing the quality of life of the inhabitants and to the development of Hunedoara as an attractive city.
