The overall objective of the project is to develop the knowledge/competences/digital skills of 601 persons who are employees with CIM (full-time or part-time), including persons occupying management positions, coming from public and private enterprises for 36 months. Thus, the training program will be provided exclusively in the field of digital skills and information and communication technology (350 persons participate in the introductory program for the INTRODUCTION, VALIDATION AND DATA PROCESSING OPERATOR, as follows: 150 attends the 198-hour opening hours and 200 pers attends the 146-hour opening hours; 151 pers participate in key competent training DIGITAL COMPETENCE, INCLUDING INTERNET SAFETY AND CIBERNETIC SECURITY; 100 persons participate in the specialization program MANAGER INFORMATION SECURITY) in order to acquire digital competences (there are concerned the acquisition of competences specific to the European Framework for Digital Competences-DigC
