The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the participation of the population in the lifelong learning process, especially the flexible opportunities for updating the digital skills, by better anticipating the change and the requirements of new skills based on the needs of the labour market and leading to the efficient functioning of the labour market through the vocational training of 602 employees from Neamt, Vaslui and Botosani counties in order to acquire digital skills, structured on levels, based on an individual initial assessment.
