The overall objective of the project is to improve the access to medical assistance and to ensure a high quality of mental health services provided within the outpatient hospital by increasing the quality of outpatient psychiatric services. This will be achieved by expanding, modernizing, rehabilitating and equipping the outpatient in order to extend and increase the quality of outpatient mental health public services. The proposed project responds directly to the objectives of the EU MIND HEALTH POLICY and to the objectives of the PS 2021-2027 - Priority 1. Increasing the quality of primary care, community care, outpatient services and improving and strengthening preventive services, Op 4: A more social and inclusive Europe by implementing the European Pillar of Social Rights, Os: RSO4.5. Ensuring equal access to m-assistance
