The overall objective of the project is to provide integrated measures for a number of 308 people in Olt County in order to improve their access to the labor market through information and professional counseling services, professional training and mediation on the labor market during the implementation of the project. Thus, the project will support and assist 308 persons residing in Olt County who fall into one of the following categories of eligible beneficiaries: inactive, unemployed (including long-term unemployed, low-skilled unemployed, young people over 30, people with disabilities, people from marginalised communities, people from rural areas who are not employed and/or living in subsistence agriculture, people over 55, people belonging to minorities) and/or employees and want to update their professional skills if they fall into one of the following categories:
