The proposed advisory services activity aims at supporting the implementation of human development reforms with a focus on the efficiency of programme implementation and strengthening the institutional capacity of the MA. The support will focus on assisting the MIPE and the MA in the more efficient and effective use of resources for the implementation of the two operational programmes. The ultimate goal is to help the MA achieve the objectives and results of human development reforms, in line with the Partnership Agreement between the Romanian Government and the European Commission.
