The aim of the project is to: Creating a sustainable support framework for 1600 young people in Covasna County (mainly NEETs) in their personal and professional development, by creating a Rural Youth Network to provide personalised services to reduce inequalities in access to education and facilitate transition to the labour market. This initiative integrates tailor-made measures and support mechanisms that support the sustainable transition of young people into society and the labour market, in line with the ESO4.1 objective of the Education and Employment Programme.
